Butler Lease is a family-owned business working with a small number of well-appointed rental properties that we feel we can not only keep well-maintained but will provide our renters with the best possible living space for their money.  When we started out on this project together we decided to do things a little different than most property management companies.  We didn't want to be the company that takes your money and forget about you.  We want to be the company that values your money and your time.

We believe that everyone deserves privacy, safety, and respect.  Our renters work hard to provide a life for themselves and their families, and we value the trust they place in us when they rent one of our homes.  We never forget for one minute that the relationship between landlord and renter is one of mutual exchange.  When our renters make a phone call, we are there.  We don't keep them waiting, we don't cut corners just to save a few bucks.  We respect their time and their dollar.

Our philosophy of business is that we are providing to our renters the type of home we'd put members of our own family in.  In fact, many of our employees have lived in our rentals.  All of us here at Butler Lease firmly believe that what we put out in this world comes back to us, and by providing high value for your dollar we will grow as a business the right way.

Each of the homes being offered for lease are all well maintained, clean, and in safe environments.  These are not houses that are falling down.  They are not over-priced.  They are actual homes that people will feel safe and secure living in.
